How to Get Admitted

  • Patients may be admitted through:
  • Outpatient Department (OPD)
  • Emergency Department
  • Referral by a consultant

Required Documents:

  • 1: CNIC/B-Form (or guardian's CNIC)
  • 2: Doctor's prescription or referral slip
  • 3: Previous medical reports (if available)

Initial deposit/payment or panel approval

Nursing assessment and consultant review

Discharge Process

Discharge is decided by the treating consultant.

Before Discharge:

  • Clearance of hospital bills
  • Return of hospital equipment (if any)

You Will Receive:

  • Discharge summary
  • Prescriptions and follow-up instructions
  • Lab reports (if pending, instructions will be given)

Important: Patients are advised to strictly follow medication and follow-up schedules.

  • Emergency services are available 24/7
  • Patients are treated on priority basis, depending on severity
  • In life-threatening conditions, immediate care is provided first
  • A relative/attendant should remain available for consent and coordination
  • Misuse of emergency services for non-urgent cases is discouraged
